Olivier has developed a hands-on and results oriented approach to assist his clients (developers, institutional or private investors) with their projects with a focus on real estate and regulated funds (FINMA and OPSC) as well as real estate linked services. Olivier is also counsel for several boards, NGOs and charitable organizations.

Cases

  • January to June 2017: Olivier Klunge and Talia Poleski comprehensively advised Foncia Group (a major European real estate services company) on the major strategic real estate reorganisation project of all its Swiss entities (Domicim, Brolliet, Duc-Sarrasin) through various mergers and transfers of assets and shares
  • April to November 2016: Olivier Klunge comprehensively advised Fundim SA on a complex, multiple project, Swiss real estate development limited partnership investment, Realitim II SCPC
  • April to October 2016: Olivier Klunge comprehensively advised private investors on the purchase of a hotel company in Zermatt
  • On 16 July 2015, FONCIA Groupe, the French leading residential property management and real estate services company, completed the acquisition of Groupe MK, a well-established Lausanne-based property manager. Python acted as counsel to the sellers in this transaction as well as in the pre-closing spin-off of certain development and fund management activities which have not been sold to the purchaser. The team included partners Marc Iynedjian and Olivier Klunge and associate Diana Dominguez
