Profile

Dominique mainly acts as counsel in commercial litigation and arbitration matters. She also advises private clients, particularly in immigration and employment matters. She has served as an arbitrator in ad-hoc and Swiss rules proceedings and has been an Auxiliary judge with the Geneva Court of First Instance since 1987. She also conducts administrative inquiries, mainly for state-owned enterprises and notably in the field of management of employees and mobbing.
